This document is a legally binding public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) made by Iron Horse Asia LLC, a company registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, offering car rental services via direct communication, website, and/or partner platforms.
By booking or using any of our services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- • This Agreement governs the relationship between Iron Horse Asia LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Client”) who accepts this offer.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version online or notifying the Client directly. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
2. GOVERNING LAW
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If not resolved amicably, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Client irrevocably agrees to such jurisdiction.
3. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a prepayment of 10% to 100% of the rental fee.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of car pick-up.
- Upon confirmation, the Client will receive a rental voucher or invoice with booking details.
4. RENTAL TERMS
- The Client must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license withat least 3 years of driving experience.
- A valid passport and driver’s license must be presented upon pick-up.
- The rental car shall be used in accordance with Kyrgyz laws and road regulations.
- Sub-renting or transfer of the car to third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A refundable deposit (five hundred dollars US) is required at the time of pick-up.
- The deposit covers damages, fuel shortage, traffic fines, late return, etc., and is returned within 5–7 business days after vehicle inspection.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:

30–15 days | 20% of total cost |
14–7 days | 50% of total cost |
Less than 7 days | 100% of total cost |
- No-shows or early returns are non-refundable.
- If the Company cancels the booking (e.g., due to force majeure or technical issues), a full refund is provided.
7. INSURANCE
- All rental vehicles include Third-Party Liability Insurance and Optional CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), unless otherwise specified.
- The Client is liable for damage not covered by insurance or due to gross negligence, driving under influence, or violation of the rental agreement.
8. VEHICLE USAGE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Client agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and adhere to all traffic rules.
- The vehicle must not be used for:
- Racing or off-road driving (unless approved);
- Illegal activities;
- Transportation of hazardous goods;
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. BREAKDOWN & ACCIDENT PROCEDURE
- In case of accident or breakdown, the Client must immediately notify the Company and, if necessary, the police.
- Do not leave the scene before the arrival of authorities.
- Assistance will be provided as soon as possible; replacements are subject to availability.
10. TRAVEL ZONE & BORDER CROSSING
- Vehicles are allowed to be driven within Kyrgyzstan only, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are available for driving if it had been requested and discussed with the Company in advance.
- • Driving in restricted/border areas without proper permits is not allowed.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
- • The Company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.
12. CLIENT LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
- • The Client is financially responsible for:
- o Damage or loss not covered by insurance;
- o Fines due to traffic violations;
- o Misuse or negligent operation of the vehicle.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
13. COMPLAINTS
- All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after rental completion.
- The Company will respond to complaints within a reasonable time and ensure respectful communication.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
- The Client’s personal data is collected only for purposes of booking, communication, legal compliance, and service improvement.
- Data may be shared with insurance companies, law enforcement, or partners as required.
- Promotional use of trip photos may be conducted only with Client’s consent.
